The good:
1. The people I dealt with were all very friendly both on the phone and in person.
2. The price was not much more than if I had done the work myself.
The bad:
1. Often, I got a recorded message when I called.  I did not always get a call back.
2. I didn't actually notice an improvement in my lawn.  I still had to pull weeds for weeks (I have a 1/3 acre) in the spring, and the grass didn't seem any different, so I can't be certain that they actually did anything since I wasn't home when they serviced my lawn.
3.  They didn't really seem to want my business since I always had to call them to schedule the next treatment.
4.  They never called me the next year to discuss more service, so they don't seem very competent at customer retention.
