The lawn mower was having trouble starting and I didn't pull it through numerous times. I took it down there and they fixed it. It runs like a champ. I was very pleased. It was very good. They said it would be ready in a week and a half and it was ready within a week and a half. It was a day shorter than a week and a half. I would use them again. They were very nice and knowledgeable. They did the work on time. It was fixed right. I didn't have to take it back and say "Hey you didn't do this." They did a great job.

I took an old mower with a Honda engine to them to get it serviced.  They were really polite and talked me through what could be potentially wrong.  It did take about a week to get the mower back--they were very busy. 

The mower did have a problem starting initially after I got it home, so I took it back.  They looked at it immediately, got it to start and it has run ever since. 

I think communication could have been better.  They called me when it was ready, but they didnt call to tell me what they were going to do when it crossed the $100 threshold. 

They told me up front that it was going to be a week and they made that deadline.

I dropped the lawn mower off and signed an estimate work sheet giving permission to do the tune-up. Allegedly the serviceman attempted to leave a message on my cell phone about the need to replace the mower blade. This would cost an extra $20 or $25. I never received the message and the repair was carried out. I called several days later after I had not heard back from them and was told my mower was ready for pick up. On the day that I picked it up my bill estimate had increased by the amount above. I was a little piqued because I expected some type of notice. The serviceman who worked on the mower was working that day. He stated to me that he tried to leave a message but could not figure out my voice mail options and gave up. He carried out the blade replacement assuming that keeping the bill within his made-up range of around $100 was ok. His response to my noticing that nowhere on the estimate is it stated that repairs will be carried out within this arbitrary ranged was "I can go ahead and put the old blade back on if thats what you want. Most people want the blade change and don't complain." What he didn't understand about my complaint was that: work was done without my permission, there was a lack of attempt at trying to get in touch with me, and his overall tone was borderline rude. I will never go back to them again.

I took it to them on Thursday and it was ready Friday. They were fabulous and knowledgeable. They were very friendly and nobody talked down to me, which is refreshing.

TOOK THE MOWER IN AT 10 A.M., RECEIVED A CALL AT 11:00 THAT IT WAS READY! THEY DO A FINE JOB ON REGULAR MAINTENANCE FOR OUR MOWER AND TILLER, AND ARE USUALLY QUICK, THOUGH THIS TIME WAS EXCEPTIONAL! THEY GIVE US SUGGESTIONS FOR HELPING OUR MACHINES LAST LONGER, AND WHAT FLUIDS TO USE TO KEEP THEM RUNNING BETTER.
