About us

We primarily are a paint contracting company but offer many other services. We offer our services to both residential and commercial customers. We also offer commercial maintenance and remodeling services. We offer free estimates, we're insured, and we have many recent verifiable references for the various types of work that we do. We normally offer to beat any competitors bid by 10% but for angies list members we will raise that to 15%.

I paid for a complete remodel: NOTHING was ever completed. I had to go back and hire another contractor to complete the work that Landmark started and was paid for. Mr. Simon called one morning and simply said, he would not be coming back. He did not have money to pay his help. Mr. Simon asked me for 35K, half upfront. He was paid in full for job not finished and then pulled out of job. I the homwowner was left holding the bag. And it cost me $300 per week to rent a room to live in while all of this was going on. He pulled out of project last March. I lost a total of 17,473.21 with Mr. Simon. He ows me this back. He has nothing in his name so you can't even get anythingby taking him to court.
