Outdoor Lighting Plan and Installation, Outdoor Lighting Repair, Designer - Landscape,

About us

Lambs Landscapes is a family owned and operated business serving the Metroplex since 1995. Unlike large companies that primarily use subs for all their installations, we personally are on every jobsite. We strive to have a complete picture in mind of every project - addressing first the fundamental items of the property - drainage, soil conditions etc. Having this master plan allows us to build (even if done in stages) a functional landscape that looks as if it were all done at one time. We have many projects that showcase the quality and creativity of our work! We pride ourselves on communicating well with our clients through whichever media works best for them - via phone, text or email.

Excellent. The work was done in a timely manner, the quality was excellent, and the pricing reasonable. Steve Lamb is a jewel to work with. He has lots of helpful ideas to offer, but he's also willing to listen to you own ideas and make them happen.

I emailed Mr. Lamb re:  what I needed to be done with my landscape lighting and he responded promptly with estimated time that he would be in our area.  I agreed to his timeline and the work was completed as agreed to my satisfaction.  He emailed the invoice after the work was completed.  Very professional and efficient process which I appreciate and can highly recommend.

communication was excellent. Everything was handled very professionally. All of the lights, wiring, digging, installation was done extremely well. Work was performed and completed on time and actually quicker than we had expected. We LOVE the way the lightening turned out. It completely changed the look of our back yard at night. We highly recommend Lambs Landscape and Lighting and will use them again for any future services needed.

Great! I highly recommend Lambs Lighting as they were professional, on time, work was done well and followed up the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They even went above and beyond to not go above the quoted estimate by using fixtures they already had because some of ours had extensive damage and could not be renovated.

I have been using the company for about 5 years. They did a major landscape project in the back yard. They come out once or twice a year to follow up on the project. They are very confident in their work and do a great job. The pricing is reasonable and they are flexible with our schedules.

Called Steve and he was very responsive in coming out and providing an estimate.
I was very impressed with the time he took to understand my wants/needs and his ability to explain options to accomplish.  He also agreed to provide separate estimates for the work in the front and back yard.
He was timely in providing a written estimate and once we agreed to proceed he was there in just a few days.  He and his crew arrived on time and Steve remained on site during the entire process.  He and his staff delivered and cleaned up after themselves.

Our first task was to define what we wanted in a pond-less creek and begin to establish the basic design concepts.  We worked closely with Lucy Harrell, a T.C.N.P. A Specialist On Demanding Environments.  She came up with some basic designs which Lambs Landscape undertook to begin.  Then it was construction time!  We tore out the old railroad, the old wooden deck, which i had created many years earlier, and moved the grandchildren's swing set to the lower section of the backyard.  The digging began on the creek, and the transformation began!  Steve, Farron Tami and I discussed and took liberties with Lucy's design to come up with a truly fantastic creek concept.  It is a rushing river (10,000 gallons per hour), like in Colorado, not a meek little trickling creek.  Once the creek was established, we started on the lower section to protect the reservoir for the creek.  The result is a fantastic reclamation of an area we had never utilized in the back yard.  You can truly escape from the world there.  With a boulder retaining wall for the drainage creek, and a boulder reservoir retainer/overflow waterfall, the upper and lower sections are tied together.  Then the process of completing the railroad layout design was the next step.  After several revisions and a couple of improvements in the creek design, the upper back yard was reconstructed.  The old wooden deck was replaced with a stone patio, complete with a kitchen.  This patio has a "subway" around the edge for the train to go around, and a track the even runs through the middle of the patio and through the kitchen wall.  Three  bridges cross the creek in strategic locations, and the train runs through a 4' tunnel then across one of the bridges onto the patio. The patio was then covered with a Cedar post  and poly-carbonate roof to facilitate year round activities during inclement weather. Once the railroad roadbed was completed and track installed, the lighting was finalized to accent the features.  Lights were added to enhance security between the houses and to accent the front of the house as well.  All in all, the job was fantastic, and a pleasure working with Lambs Landscape and Lighting.

Mr. Lamb has been wonderful on all of the projects.  He provides a written estimate of the project with options for the budget.  The project that was done as a surprise for my birthday was done in one day!   I really appreciated being able to do the lighting project in two stages.

Have done business with this company since 2000

They have done landscaping, sod, trees, outdoor lighting for both my main home and lakehouse

Most current work is lakehouse, (granbury, texas) I wanted outdoor lighting, new sod back and front also light for my boat dock.

They did job quickly, found great cleat lights for boat dock, and have followed up checking several times making sure everything is working and we're happy.

would recommend them!!

It went quickly and they did not settle for just putting the stone down once.  They lifted the boulder at least 4 times so the right level and depth were achieved.  It looks fantastic and that is because it was done with extreme care.
