Could not have been easier
Description of Work
Had an AC problem in my vacation rental house. I called Lamar and they were at my door within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem in 15minutes (capacitor was bad). Super professional, hometown service, a winning combination! I won't be using anyone else in the future.

All done and gone within 6 hours. No disruption to our day and very pleasant crew. Could not have asked for a better experience. From first contact to last, the BEST!

Complete new install of a 5 ton heat pump. Including removal of old unit & install new one, change ducts as needed, lift & reposition unit, install new thermostat .

Lamar Air Conditioning in Fort Worth has great people and great service. Our A/C went out on July 3. We called Lamar and they had our A/C fixed by July 5. They are always friendly and quick to respond when we need service. We have used Lamar A/C for several years now and will continue to count on their people and service. Great Job Lamar! If we could only get customer service like that everywhere!

Lamar A/C personnel cleaned up after completion of the work. They did what they said that they were to do. Lamar did the work for less than estimated. The estimator sent out was courteous. The work was done when they said they would. I was very pleased with them. The year before I used a different contractor and the problem was only partial resolved. Lamar A/C completely resolved all the issues with our a/c.

They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anybody. They were fast and efficient. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. Their price was very reasonable compared with some other estimates that I had. They used quality equipment. They cleaned up when they left. Everything works fine now. I would use them again in the future too.

We have been using them for 20 years. They come out twice a year and check the systems, and if there is a problem, they fix it. Their pricing is very reasonable. They are prompt, and are always on time. They are very efficient. We had a room added on around 10 years ago, and the air conditioner that they put in was very good to pump sufficient air. I'm very pleased with their product. My overall experience with them has been good.
