Wonderful experience.. our AC went out on a Saturday early evening, so we looked for a reputable and local business online. Lamar Heat and Air in Aledo popped up with great reviews, so we called them. The receptionist was kind and she was able to reach a tech who said they could come out tomorrow morning( on a Sunday!) . Derek, the tech, notified us when he was 30 minutes away. He was a polite young man, and very knowledgeable too. He inspected our AC unit and was able to clear a clogged pipe and he added in coolant. Our AC is now cooling perfectly. We joined the company's maintenance plan, and now they will inspect our AC and heating units twice a year. We will have them come out in October to inspect our heating unit and make sure we're ready for cooler weather then. We are loyal customers now.

Lamar Air Conditioning  in Fort Worth has great people and great service. Our A/C went out on July 3. We called Lamar and they had our A/C fixed by July 5. They are always friendly and quick to respond when we need service. We have used Lamar A/C for several years now and will continue to count on their people and service. Great Job Lamar! If we could only get customer service like that everywhere!

Lamar A/C personnel cleaned up after completion of the work. They did what they said that they were to do. Lamar did the work for less than estimated. The estimator sent out was courteous. The work was done when they said they would. I was very pleased with them. The year before I used a different contractor and the problem was only partial resolved. Lamar A/C completely resolved all the issues with our a/c.

Larry Deel was on time and did more than he said he would do for the quoted price. The installation crew was top notch.

They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anybody. They were fast and efficient. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. Their price was very reasonable compared with some other estimates that I had. They used quality equipment. They cleaned up when they left. Everything works fine now. I would use them again in the future too.

We have been using them for 20 years. They come out twice a year and check the systems, and if there is a problem, they fix it. Their pricing is very reasonable. They are prompt, and are always on time. They are very efficient. We had a room added on around 10 years ago, and the air conditioner that they put in was very good to pump sufficient air. I'm very pleased with their product. My overall experience with them has been good.
