WONDERFUL! Jim & his family plumbing business are the exact type of professionals we want in our corner! Jim has an “engineer’s mind” when it comes to problem-solving! He and his son (former US Marine) are top-notch, as is anyone he has ever sent out. During the 2021 Texas Snow & Energy catastrophe, Jim was quick to return calls to established customers to help prevent, or remedy problems (to the best of his ability in 0-Degree weather). This is the type of professional we want to develop a long-term business relationship with: professional; considerate & responsive! Lair Plumbing is great- hands down! Our family/ies have used Lair for almost a decade, and only had POSITIVE Experiences!

WONDERFUL JOB(s)! Jim & his crew have been our family's plumber for about 8 years - each time they are prompt, pleasant, and do great work. Jim has worked for our family both in Fort Worth & in the Colleyville areas. They are the kind of people you like to have in your home: integrity plus! When we had an emergency, Jim was able to route a crew, on return from a large industrial job in Dallas, almost immediately to handle the job. We contacted him once during his vacation & he contacted an associate plumber who also got to us immediately. Plumbing emergencies NEVER happen at a convenient time, but when there is one, Jim works extremely hard to get to our home as soon as possible. When the Building Inspector recently came to view Jim's work on a new water heater, the inspector's comment was: "My job is easy when work is done to this level of excellence" .....and that sums up working with Jim & his crew.

My experience with Lair was very good.   They arrived exactly when they said they would accomplished the job on schedule as we agreed and they actually were able to complete the work for a little less than the estimate.  I was completely satisfied.
