They shuttled me home and picked me up after they had replaced the heater core. The heater works great and haven't had any problem since then.

I was pretty happy with them. One day, my daughter went in, with her car and they tried to upsell her, on a bunch of stuff. My wife was incensed about that and she refuses to use them again. I would have given them a solid 'A' up until then. They did this to a 17-year-old child. That was it for my wife.

They charged a reasonable price for the high quality of break job I ended up getting. They even showed me the gauges to show that I did not need front breaks right away. Very honest shop.

We went there based on Angie's List reviews being we are new to the area. We arrived not really knowing where to go inside or take the car, but they were exceptionally nice. We were directed to take the car towards the back with the greeter and let them know we wanted the inspection done. We were expecting to be there at least an hour or more because that's how it usually goes at any car place but the tech gave us an estimated time of 30 minutes or so. We had our toddler so we had come prepared with snacks and her tablet hoping there was WIFI. But we were pleasantly surprised by this place! We walk in to the waiting area and one of the mechanics opens the door and welcomes us and informs us of an area of the waiting room for little kids towards the back with Legos, books, and a tv. That truly made our time there great. It was a SUPER clean. What parent doesn't appreciate that?! We actually didn't get to enjoy it long because our car was done in less than 20 minutes. We did get to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in that meantime though. When we were walking out, one of the techs took the time to say" Thank you!" from where they were working. We were then given a free car wash pass at their location around the corner. We were so surprised that even with the basic wash the detail people were very detailed! They vacuumed, towel dried, and cleaned the windows. They even cleaned the door jams. We are glad we found this place on Angie's List and would for sure go back and definitely recommend to others. They are very attentive to their customers and make you feel welcome.

We've used Kwik Lube for inspections and sometimes oil changes. No surprises which is good and get in and out very fast. They do great work and are close to us.

I have had numerous repairs on different cars done here. Always have had good results. Prices are fair, no surprises, done quickly. I had my fan belt changed on this visit as preventative maintenance. Called ahead, got the price, came in, got my belt changed, waited in the lobby, quick, easy, another automotive service company in the area wanted $60 more! These guys do good work for me, and are able to accurately troubleshoot my car issues.

Oil change in my Jeep was quick and painless, I was able to use my free carwash on another vehicle because top is off Jeep. Service help is friendly.

I was very pleased with the efficient courteous service I was provided. They also provided a courtesy vehicle. The bill was about $35 more than the quote, but it was well worth it.

Need to disclose all costs before providing service. They did not get prior authorization for emission test for $27. Everything went very well, they had more people standing around than customers. It took almost 20 minutes for someone to come over and help me when pulling up to the bay. They were polite and nice. I was there to get nitrogen in my tires. The service was good but not excellent. Their performance was lacking. You will need to know the history of your car because they might try and sell you things you may not need. Make sure you know when the last time you had an inspection of your brakes as well.
The response by KWIK concerning the video time was on my second visit & the service was 'outstanding'. It is very disappointing to read the lack of taking responsibility. On my first visit, they had so many employees walking around talking to each that to get someones attention I loudly said, "who is working so I kn ow who to speak to to get some service"? I further commented to the one that walked up to me, "You have more employees than customers". He agreed, ask me what I needed assistance with, told me & had me move my car to the last bay from the first bay that I had pulled up to. I told it like it was, KWIK response did not.
I was going to do a second review & upgrade their service grade to Responsiveness, Punctuality, & Professionalism to an 'A'. No second review with an 'A'.

"Mr. [member name removed], First, I'd like to thank you for your review and feedback of our business, it is greatly appreciated. After reviewing your ticket details and looking over video footage of your visit, you were greeted within seconds of arriving on our lot. The nitrogen tire service was started within 4 minutes by our technician CJ. The service did take about 20 minutes to complete, but that is typical of an air exchange service. Air in the tires have to be depleted 1/2 way, re-inflated, then depleted completely, then re-inflated in order to have service done properly. On the issue of the state inspection, Tarrant County is an emissions county. Meaning, vehicles that are 2-25 years old are required to have emissions testing. The charge for this is $39.75 at most approved inspection facilities. The price is usually not conveyed to customers because it doesn't change and is required for emissions vehicles to pass inspection. I believe you had previously lived in a safety only county, where the price is indeed only $12.75 for safety only. As far as services that are not needed, we strive to inform every customer of services that are recommended by manufacture milage intervals. They are priced like an auto dealer would be but Honest. Very nice people. I would not use them for oil change in less I had a coupon.
If you have something wrong with your car and don't know what it is you can expect an honesty from these guys just expect to pay for it.
You can find someone cheeper but if they are not honest they could say list a lot that does not need to be fixed. Hard to put a price on Honesty.

Took it in for shocks - they couldn't get it aligned several times and then said I needed new steering. Still didn't get it aligned first few times. (Makes me wonder if I needed all that done or they just needed to figure out how to align a vehicle). Second to last time they aligned it for a Kia Sedona bit mine was a Kia Sorento... I pointed that out to them when I saw it on my alignment sheet when I got home... Took it back in again and they aligned it again and they said it was right. One big plus was they gave me a loaner car while work was being done.

"Member, The reason we couldn't get the vehicle aligned the first time was due to the bad steering rack. We spent a lot of time on it trying to figure out why it wouldn't align right. We found that it was pouring fluid in the dust boot which we showed you. So yes you did need a new steering rack. As for setting up the vehicle with a different model, yes that was our fault and I fixed that for you when you brought it to my attention and I got the vehicle on the lift ASAP and got it corrected. This shop does all my car maintenance and tune ups.They even do our Lexus and do it very well. They have the necessary softwear to handle all the manufacters requirement. All my service was done perfectly and quickly. It took less then an hour.

They are very good and they are very fair. They don’t try to do stuff to your car that you don’t need and they bring to your attention the fact that what you have really done for your car. What they do is, that in their own computer they keep a file with all the things they have done for your car and say, after 40000 miles you need to change your fuel filter, they will remind you about that. You have the option to get it done. The same with transmission flush or different things like that. They don’t push you or twist you arm. They also bring to light the things you might need to look at if you are going to a regular mechanic or dealership. I will continue to use this provider in the future.

I like them. I've used them for years and I could definitely recommend them. The service is always good there. They are consistent. They check the filters and all that sort of things and make sure that my car is in good shape. They do rotation of tires and things like that and they do some things needed besides the filter, they also can work on brakes and if you have a warning light come on, they can check the code for you and tell you that you need to do it right away. They provide a lot of service. I would use them again in the future.

They handled it quickly. It is a typical shop for an oil change. They do have a frequent changing card, leading toward free change. They have a friendly staff.
