He runs a small operation and was very busy due to a wind storm in the area during the bid process. Perhaps because of that, his responsiveness to messages left on his answering machine was not the best.
Once a date was agreed upon, he showed up about 10 am and finished about 5 pm. The job was done quickly and professionally. The old fence was disposed of and the area cleared of any construction debris.
Overall, a very satisfactory replacement of my old fence.
