We made an appointment with Tony who gave us a detailed account of how he works and how much he was prepared to pay us for jewelry and watches in our family estate. His prices were excellent. We felt no pressure to sell to Kubes. We got a second appraisal and Kubes' appraisal was commensurate with the second appraisal. We gave them our business because of the service we felt we had received from them.

They are family owned and are very knowledgeable. I have been in there store at least 5 times, and every time I am there they are very kind, professional, and sincere.

When I started looking for a jeweler to do repairs, I went to Angie's list and found Kube's relatively close to where I live. I was hesitant as there was only one review about this business, but it was a good one. The next step was to go to their website which I liked so I gave them a call. I took the jewelry in. Some repairs were made immediately. Others required leaving the items, but were completed quickly. In less than a week, all repairs were complete. Their work was excellent. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend this jeweler.

I wanted a very special ring made for my wife. I talked with Rick Kubes and showed him what I had in mind. Rick guided me throughout the whole process from concept to finish. He asked many questions to ensure he fully understood exactly what I wanted. He was adamant that whatever was created would and quot;wowand quot; my wife. He worked patiently with both of us to achieve that goal. He warned us that to get exactly what we wanted, we would have to be involved in every step of the process....and we were.. After five visits and lenghty discussions, Rick created a masterpiece....exactly what we wanted. Kubes still remembers who the customer is and treats him/her accordingly by re-earning that customer's business with every transaction. What a pleasure the whole experience was.

The reason I chose Kubes was I had done some minor business with them before such as watch repair, cleaning of a Rolex watch, etc. and found this family owned business to be exceptional in every way. They always went far beyond the normal customer service one has come to expect in today's retail world. I had previously tried a couple of other jewelry stores in the Fort Worth area. I found the others to be high on price and very low on customer service...not so with Kubes. Every person in the store seems to have exceptional customer service and satisfy the customer embedded in their DNA. What a great store.
