KITE'S CUSTOM CLEANERS

Kite's will be my go-to cleaners from now on! They are so friendly and professional, and the act like they're really glad to see you! They are prompt. It was open and clean. They really care for your clothes - when I picked up my dress, it was presented professionally. Is the cost like the corner cleaners? No, but it's worth it!

The pants were dropped at the cleaners around the 15th of August. There was a newspaper stain on one knee and tea spilt on the other..it was a bad day! These are silk pants and I knew it would be difficult to get the stains out. Kite's was a great cleaners at one time and I have been driving about an hour to get my clothes cleaned there for years. The last 18 months things have been rough. Clothes come back dirty, not ironed, with buttons missing, you know the drill. I have called and asked for help, trying to get things back on track. These pants were taken in and attention brought to the two satins. When my husband brought them home and I took them out of the bag not only were the stains still there, they added blood stains to the front of the pants. It appears that someone pricked their finger and bled on my pants. When I called to ask for assistance it was an oh well, we are so sorry. These people just don't care. They are in the cleaning business but they have no regard for the items they are cleaning. Last week I took in 2 white blouses, worn once, when I picked them up, one was grey, they other cream! When I called to ask about these white blouses and the color change, they said sometimes this happens. Did I want to speak to the manager. I could bring them back to have them redone if I wanted. I live an hour away. There have been several other times in the past 18 months but this is an example of the lack of quality or concern for peoples clothing.
