They did a good job and they were very professional.

It was quite extensive. The designer that we worked with was Shilo Preston. From the designers, to the people who did the physical work, they were great to work with. They were very accommodating for any changes and for our schedules. The best part was that the price they quoted was the price they built it at.

I paid a premium for a distressed finish. Waited months for its completion and when it arrived it was not what I had picked out. The designer who helped me with the order had left the company so I was working with someone who didn't care about the project. It was very difficult but in the end they did work with me to order new drawer fronts. But I was still disappointed with the overall look. The self closing drawers have already been fixed twice and they still don't function as well as I thought they would. Overall I felt I paid way too puch for the product.

Kitchen Source was really great from the initial design discussions all the way through the work. They remained flexible as different things came up throughout the remodeling work. We had other work happening in the house as well and they were very courteous and worked around the other contractors. They even helped when some rather inept Sears appliance installation people could not figure out how to replace a dishwasher (they had no concept of a pier and beam house!). Very high quality work and very well managed. We could probably have come up with a cheaper alternative where we would have had to be much more hands on, but I'm quite sure we got what we paid for - a high quality, well managed job.

WHEN I CALLED THEM TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL. I ALSO LOVED THE WAY THE MEN WORKED WHEN THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE. THEY FINISHED THEIR WORK WITHOUT ANY GOOFING OFF.
