Came out next day and installed faucet in shower wall. Very professional and reasonably priced. Definitely hire again.

They do fine work. We're happy with them. They came and did what we asked them to do and that was fine. I have no complaints, and nothing else.

Lonnie and Greg were awesome. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly and professionally. I wasn't able to be there when they first arrived but my wife was. They treated her with respect and explained every step of what they were going to do. I would recommend Keyco 100%. Honest, fair price, and very courteous team. Called Keyco at about 9:30 AM on Monday the 16th of Nov. I spoke to a young lady and explained the problem with the hot water heater. She told me that she would relay that info to her crew in the field and that they would call me. I was called two hours later and explained the problem to Lonnie. He told me he'd call me as soon as they finished the job they were working on to let me know they were on the way. He called me about 1:00PM and arrived 15 minutes later as he said he would. He went right to work and found and fixed the hot water heater with no problems. He was thorough, professional and he explained the cost to me and what I could expect in the future with this nine year old water heater, which is about what I expected. The cost was reasonable and I was completely satisfied with the service call.

We were okay with them. They were very nice. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. They came in and got the work done. The price was good and the quality was fine. We just have no complaints with them.

Called first thing Monday morning and plumber came out. Removed commode to unclog it and did maintenance on second commode. Price reasonable. Curtious and professional. Never had a bad experience with KEYCO.

Fixed old line and put as new line to kitchen. Installed fireplace insert and removed old electric cooktop and installed new gas cooktop. The aranged for the city inspection and covered up the ditch that they had to dig for new line.

They are punctual, courteous, and professional. I have absolutely no complaints and recommend them highly.

I checked with Angies list and found Keyco. They were local and had good reviews so I called them. Lon arrived the next day and fixed the problem in a reasonable time. He also offered us some good tips to prevent the situation from getting as bad as it was again. Very reasonably priced and great service!

Got a free estimate from a very knowledgable plumber. Then got the work done the next week. Plumber was on time and very good. I am happy with the work.
They plumbed my two water heaters together to help increase hot water capacity.

Keyco was very prompt and efficient after I called them. Two plumbers arrived on the scheduled date with the new water heater. They removed the old heater and found that additional parts were needed to complete the installation. They went to a local hardware store and were back with the parts quickly. The entire process was completed in about 3 hours and appropriate cleanup was done. I found that the temperature set at the factory was not sufficient. I called the company owner early on the morning of Oct 1 and he sent a plumber out immediately. He increased the heat setting and I am now completely satisfied with the new heater and the installation. I highly recommend Keyco to anyone needing a plumber.

Keyco Plumbing has performed a variety of services for our home for nearly a decade. I cannot say enough good things about the company and their technicians. They are always very friendly and eager to take care of problems of any size as quickly as they can. I called this morning with a plumbing emergency, and someone was here in about an hour to begin work. Our problem was fixed the same day. The technicians were professional and took time to explain what the problem was and how they fixed it.
I am a regular person with no special plumbing knowledge. They could have easily overcharged me or sold me a service I did not need and I would never have known. With Keyco, I know that I will get quality work and and prompt service. Having an honest and dependable plumber is so important as a homeowner. Plumbing problems never occur at a convenient time, and need to be fixed right away to avoid massive damage. We will continue to use them for every plumbing need we may have in the future, and refer them to friends with enthusiasm!

I found him on Angie's list. The same day my wife called, he was here. He repaired it in 20 minutes very quickly. They said what they were going to do. I have nothing negative to say. They asked me specific questions of whether I have a newer house or an old house. They were with the parts. They were very nice. Next time I know I can call them and I can afford it. The problem is fixed and no more leaks.

Overall, it was outstanding. Paul and Tom were the guys who helped us. They were very, very knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing, as well as the potential implications of each course of action. They answered every question that we had without any problems or hesitation.

They have been very reliable and very good at coming out when there is an emergency. They have good prices. They have been consistent. Paul, who works there, did most of the work for me in the earlier years. Later, he left them for a time and came back. He has been the kind of person, who would explain to you what needs to be done and what your options are. I have always felt like I knew what my options were and what I could do within my budget for that particular problem. They have always been available when there has been an emergency. Otherwise, they would come out on time for the appointment. I have never had to wait for them. I appreciate their punctuality. They have always been very reasonable and competitive with regards to their price. I have compared their prices with that of other companies. I will use them again in the future.

I am very satisifed with every aspect of the experience with Keyco. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner, the estimate that I was given over the phone without seeing the job was very accurate. The technician was on time, very polite and got right to work. He cleaned up after himself. The whole experience was refreshing after having used other companies that I did not get off of Angies List.

I called Keyco and they were able to get to me within a couple of hours. That's good, because I could not use the kitchen faucet as it was leaking under the sink. Once the service technician called, he arrived in about 10 minutes. He discussed the pros and cons of different faucets and then quickly disassembled the unit. He pointed out that a couple of parts were worn out, he went to get the parts and was back very quickly. He explained everything he was doing along the way and made sure it was clear to me. His invoice was complete, correct and prompt. I paid and he was on his way. He was polite and considerate. I was very pleased.

Great! After one call, the owner came out in the snow to make the repairs.

The work on both jobs was excellent. I paid $1200 for the gas line. The company with the highest estimate was $3500.00 - the average estimate was $1800.00. I paid $5400 for the sump system work several weeks later. This was warranty work that I was reimbursed for. I have already recommended this company to a number of people. I will use them as needed. I recommend to list this company as a State Licensed Plumbing Company that can install ''Metered Propane Gas Lines''.
