KENNY'S PLUMBING

I was extremely disappointed in the work performed. I had to call them back right away because I noticed that the caulk did not cover the shim that they placed to level the new toilet. Only later did I realize that they had also put a large scratch in the vanity while installing the faucet. While they were working, they constantly complained and said "****-it" as if installing a new toilet and faucet in a well-maintained home were the most difficult tasks. When they came back to redo the caulk, they moaned and swore some more. I know first-hand that caulk is finicky to work with, but if they are this frustrated with caulking a new Toto toilet, I would never trust them with anything challenging! I had already removed and disposed of the old toilet myself and the flooring had been professionally redone, so it should have been fairly routine. They are also very expensive. When speaking directly to me, they were polite, but while working, they seemed to be having a hard time.

Came on time. One issue needed further attention. They returned promptly, on time and fixed the problem.

Called ahead to schedule, techs arrived on time and well prepared.
They explained up front what they would be doing and how long each installation
was expected to take. One of the new faucet fixtures was broken out of the box
and they adjusted their workflow to allow me time to run to my local home store
for another. When leaving, the lead tech left his cell phone number in case I had
any issues, which I thought I did so he actually turned around and came back
about 20 minutes later, but it turned out to be ?user error?. A little embarrassing
for me, but he was really nice about it.
I've used Kenny's several times over the past 5-7 years for both minor and
major issues: burst pipes, clogged sewer main, running toilet, installing new
sink and dishwasher, etc. 
Every technician that's been to my home has been prompt and friendly even under
bad conditions (they came out during one of DFW?s worst ice storms).  They take precautions to avoid a mess and
they?ve always cleaned up thoroughly when finished working.  They?ve always fixed only what was necessary
and let me know in advance if more work would be needed and if there was
something that I could do myself to correct a problemrather than paying them
to do it for me. 
They?ve also provided advice on how to identify and avoid future
problems, which products/tools work better than others, etc.  I ask a LOT of questions and they never seem
to mind explaining what they are doing and why.
They've also been generous with information and troubleshooting over
the phone. They are patient when answering questions and great about explaining
things in terms I can easily understand even though I know nothing about
plumbing. 
Based on my experience, Kenny's has a knowledgeable, honest staff
and reasonable prices. I would (and have) highly recommend them.
The only reason it?s taken me so long to write a review is because
I didn?t find them through Angie?s list and I just never thought to look them up
on this site. I was actually on the site today looking for a different type of service provider
when a plumbing situation occurred so I am about to call Kenny?s again.

Excellent as always.  We've used Kenny's for everything from a broken faucet handle in the tub to a new hot water heater.
The plumbers are always on time.  They are very professional, neat with their work, and accurate.  We feel the price is right for their services and will continue to use them for our plumbing needs, both big and small.

Kenny's Plumbing has always done excellent work on my house, and this time was no different
