everything went great - only hick-ups were the delays by ONCOR for meter removal & re-installation, since they didn't live up to their promised schedules.

They did a great job. They really had to get in some cramped spaces. They provided it at a reasonable price level. They were the low bidder but high quality. They responded quickly and efficiently. They were on time and there for me. I can't praise them enough. They were lifesavers and really helped me out. Exceeded my expectations.

Keiser did several other jobs for us, the most complex being the breaker box replacement. The work was time consuming and the electricians were very careful to do it right. We are very pleased with the result, knowing the new box and breakers should last for at least 30 years as the prior box and breakers did.
Keiser had to work with the Dallas city inspection office which caused some delays - the inspector's scheduling problems not Keiser's - and did so very professionally, letting us know as appointments changed or were cancelled.
We are very pleased at Keiser's work. It was a pleasure to work with their staff. We would have them back in a heartbeat for any other electrical work. Highly recommended!

Alan provided a fair estimate for the work, and started and completed the work on schedule. I wanted the NG line buried and he was able to accommodate that request. Everything worked perfectly, however, my sprinkler in the area of the buried gas line had two leaks. It was clear the leaks were related to the gas line installation. I had the breaks fixed by a sprinkler company, then called Alan to explain what happened. He immediately apologized and reimbursed me, in full, for the repair. His professionalism and integrity are beyond reproach. He is now my "go to" guy for electrical work and I would recommend him to anyone.

jWe had terrible luck finding contractors initially, and then Alan came out. HUGE blessing. Alan is a very kind and genuine person. He knew we were up a creek, and code and insurance was on our side to help. Our house flooded and water ran for 4 days while we were gone, and we had extensive damage. By code, if electrical wires get wet, they need to be replaced ALL the way back to the panel. Do you think Farmers was going to tell me that? Oh heck no. Not only that, the panel I was budgeting to replace in the next year, a 200 amp Federal Pacific panel in our master bedroom closet on the verge of burning my house down,(Look them up) was not up to code.
If he was going to have to get into the panel to replace circuits, by code he had to bring the panel up to code. So now, instead of spending $3500 or more on panel work to relocate my panel on the outside of the house and add a few circuits I had been planning on, Alan showed me code where it was actually required that insurance cover it. I did some of the switches and plugs so that I could have Alan do a few additional electrical items for me not covered by the insurance. I simply will never call anyone else for electrical.
Since then, he has located two shorts in my house. Well, one for the pool, and one in the attic. Each time I told him what we were experiencing, and each time he told me in advance exactly what it was, and where he thought it was. He was RIGHT each time, and it kind of cracked me up. One he said we probably had about 6 feet of bare #6 wire in the attic arcing, and it was about 8'. Heater/AC problem that the previous owner had wired wrong. The second was breaker tripping by the pool. He said, well, my guess is you have a junction box that got water in it, the electrical connections failed, heated up, and popped the circuit. It was exactly as he said.
I like people that are as good at their jobs as I am at mine, and I would never have any concerns referring Alan Keiser from Keiser electric--he's made that kind of an impact on our household. It's difficult to find a good and fair electrician, and I now have one.
