I hired Casey to remove my above ground pool he came over and took a look at my pool after quoting me a price of $300.00 over text when he came over he quoted me?$800.00 he showed up and removed the pool and it took him a little over two hours I am a 62 year old man living on SS and I feel he took total advantage of an elderly person I would be very careful of hiring this young man if he will take advantage of me he will take advantage of you to. Be very cautious of having this person on your property.

"I sincerely apologize that this situation got to where it is. I honestly had no idea that these issues were bubbling up. We were just doing the work as agreed and then things exploded. I will recognize that we could have handled the conversation better, once issues were brought up, and for that we do apologize. I do however insist that we were acting in good faith and I'd like to share a few facts about the project: $300 was a rough estimate not including Disassembly it was strictly hauling And Junk Removal, Customer agreed to $800 2 days before disassembly and hauling/ Junk Removal+Disposing fee of $80 to Landfill, did additional unquoted work to remove items from customer shed, After completing the job customer complained about pricing"
