Joel came out same day and changed outlet on pool switch and another outlet. He was very thorough as it wasn’t an easy problem to figure out. Joel told me what he was doing during every part of it, and was a pleasant guy to work with. I will definitely call JW Electric in the future for any other issues.

He and his assistant were punctual, courteous, and patient. There were complications, in that my fuse boxes had been infested by ants, but they took that, along with my disruptive dog, in stride. I happened to have some pesticide spray, and they cleaned it out. He also checked the other fuse box in my kitchen, to make sure there were no ants.
