Although the job was too big to qualify for the one appliance haul away special, we were very satisfied. They came to give us an estimate promptly, coordinated their haul away with the delivery of the new refrigerator, and did the job in a professional manner. The employees knew what they were doing and were also very personable. We were very pleased.

They were great! Their website was easy to use, they called before coming and showed up when they said they would. Took both items and were gone in less than 10 minutes. Very polite and professional. The price was less than we thought it would be.

They did a great job. It was kind of hard to get the appointment made, but once they came, they were dedicated and got it done. It was even raining when they came and they worked right through it. It was hard getting them to pinpoint a time, but they did a good job. Their actual performance was great. They were hard workers. They're willing to take any size of a job. They did the extra effort of cutting up the carpet, so that it would fit into the required space.

I originally scheduled a 2 hour window to have the guys come out and provide an estimate for the removal of a bunch of "junk" left behind by the previous home owner.  Under normal circumstances, they said they could get to work immediately.  However, after looking at the volume of "junk" that needed to be removed and the need to demo an old tin shed (which had been "uprooted" and blown over by a recent storm), they wanted to schedule a 4 hour window later in the week. They provided me with the estimate and we agreed to get started on the new date.  On the date of removal, they arrived on time and were very professional. The original quote was for 1 1/2 truck loads (price is based on volume), but in the end there was so much junk that it took a full two truck loads.  Junk King honored the original price for 1 1/2 truck loads and even honored the 5% off coupon that was available for Angie's List members. The overall cost was a little higher than I had hoped for (may have been wishful hoping on my part), but they were able to get the job done quickly, professionally and my back yard looks great with all of the previous owners trash now gone!

Steve called about 10 minutes before to let us know they are on their way.  He and Lonnie were very nice and professional. They loaded all the items and were finished in about 15 minutes. I am trying to purge old junk and I am sure I will be calling them again.

They arrived as scheduled and were very polite and worked quickly to remove old furniture and other unused items.

Junk King was very professional. Employees wore uniforms. Truck was well maintained and painted with company logo. Communication was easy. Scheduling was easy and prompt. I was concerned after reading other reviews that the definition of 1/4 of a truck load was somewhat subjective, as many reviewers were forced to buy additional "deals" to haul away their entire load. Once they had a thorough description of what I had to haul away, they agreed it should be within the limits of the 1/4 truck load allowed by the "deal" I had purchased. I will be happy to call Junk King again when I have need of their services.

Curtis and Josh arrived on time and looked very professional. we talked price and what exactly needed to be moved.  They got to work and did it with incredible attitudes and smiles on their faces.  They were finished in about 30 minutes and swept up the garage after they were done.  I couldn't be more happy with the service that was provided.  If I had to haul garbage and other stuff all day, I know I wouldn't be able to do the job with a smile on my face and they did just that.
I will recommend Junk King to all my friends and I definitely will be using them again.

Was late because of previous pickup running long, but the dispatcher called and told me.  They ran even later than that, but when they got there they were efficient in removing all the construction debris and were very nice.  I had purchased 1/4 truck full with my coupon and they sold me up to a full truck, but discounted the coupon rate ($299) and gave me a discount for the remainder because they were so tardy.  Great service...I have used them in the past and will continue to use them.

The workers were very courteous, helpful, and professional. They provide a quote for the service before it is performed.

I was impressed with their quick removal of my junk and with the tidiness maintained during and after the job. I will definitely use this company again!
