Jose R. was scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 on 10/11/21. At 5:00, the app told me "Your pro is on the way". At 5:40, I used the app to ask/message him if he was on his way. From another cell number, 682-217-1620, he replied "yes". Then he typed "run late head. few minutes" What in the world does that mean? Then, I replied and told him not to come - that it was too late. Then, I get a message that says "this number is inactive". Then, he gives me another number, 682-331-2883 to use. This is crazy! I will not pay for this booking. If I cancel it, it says it will charge me. Ridiculous. Please contact me to get this straightened out. Carole Graham
