He sent the right people out here and they did a perfect job. I was very pleased.

Mark Bumpas came to my house and measured the door and gave me an estimate for the complete job. He was professional and courteous and explained the kind of door needed that would last the longest and hold up in all types of weather, since it was an exterior door. After accepting the bid, we scheduled the install and I chose the door I wanted. I was given plenty of notice of when the work would be performed. On the scheduled date, Mr. Bumpas showed up with the workers to oversee the job to make sure everything would be done the way we discussed. The whole job took approximately six hours. At the completion of the job, everything was completely cleaned up and I was very happy with the job. Mr. Bumpas even followed up with a phone call a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was working well. I would definitely use this company again the future. The entire experience from the first meeting to the install and finishing out was a pleasant experience.

I had called both of the local big box hardware retailers to get estimates on replacing the windows in my house. Both of them suggested double hung windows and one of them had a suspiciously low price estimate of replacing the windows. I found out that the manufacturer of their windows has been in and out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy several times and after reading reviews of the windows through an internet search decided that I definitely did not want those windows. The other big box retailer came in and gave us an extremely high price to replace the windows. He also had a very aggressive sales pitch and wanted me to purchase the windows right then and there. After balking at the price, he reconfigured the windows and came in with another price. I told him that I had only gotten two estimates so far and that I wanted to get more. He still pressured us to buy the windows with an incentive of $500 off if we bought them before the end of the week or that offer would go away and the windows would cost more. I did more internet research of the window manufacturer of the second retailer's windows and the reviews on those were bad also.

I then contacted JMB window and door and Mark came out to give us an estimate. He was very patient with us during the decision process and quoted us a price that was mid-range between the other two estimates. He fully explained to us all of the features of all of the windows that we had to select from from this particular manufacturer and let us decide exactly what we wanted with no high-pressure sales tactics. After fully checking out the manufacturer of the windows on the internet, the quality of the windows and the fact that the manufacturer was located in the same city, we decided to purchase our windows from Mark. On the promised day of installation, Mark showed up with the installers to make sure that everything went smoothly with the installation. The installers were extremely careful with the removal of the old windows, cleaned up everything, and left with all of the old windows. The new windows are extremely nice and make the house look 100% better from the outside and the inside. They have helped tremendously with the icy cold feel in all of the rooms and I can't wait until summer so that they will help with the heat factor.

All in all, I am extremely pleased with the whole transaction and you couldn't ask for a more courteous, helpful crew who truly cared about the installation of their windows.
