Billy came out to check TV because convergence would not operate from remote control. He said the board had been damaged from a power surge. He repaired (replaced) the convergence board at the estimated cost of $500.00. After the board was put into the TV it still did not work and Billy said he had to take it into the shop and work on it. He replaced more parts at a cost of estimate of $450.00. TV was delivered back home. The VCR and DVD would not work on the TV. Billy made another house call to get the systems to work. The systems did not work like they did before having TV repaired. We were without the TV for over 2 months. I called the store and spoke with Tony about lending us a TV while ours was being repaired (since it was taking longer to repair than their estimate) and he said they did not have any TV to lend us. I had a TV repaired by this company before and had very good service. This time was a nightmare!

WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK, HOWEVER THE PARTS COSTS 60.46 BUT LABOR CHARGE WAS 165.00 OUCH. THEY DID COMPLETE THE WORK TIMELY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX TELEVISION IN TWO DAYS.

THIS COMPANY IS FANTASTIC TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HONEST! THEY DO NOT DO UNNECESSARY REPAIRS, AND THEY TAKE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, AND WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE DONE TO FIX IT.

VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED CORRECTLY AND REPAIRED TV WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. ORIGINAL PRICE QUOTED WAS CORRECT. INSTALLED NEW PIP BOARD AND TV PICTURE QUALITY IS GREAT.

REPLACED DEFECTIVE PIP BOARD. WE HAD TO DELIVER TV TO HIM, BUT HE FIXED IT AT A MODEST PRICE WITHOUT TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR LIMITED KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROBLEM. GAVE US A GOOD ESTMATE AND STUCK TO IT.
