Took truck to them to find out why the truck would sometime turn over but not start. Sometime would blow the fuel pump fuse and most times would not. They diagnosed the fuel pump needed replacement. After replacement the truck states every time. Its been 5 weeks since the diagnosis.

Neighbor kid backed into my SUV passenger side front fender. Got three estimates, one from Jeffrey's. They were professional and through doing estimate. Came in with the middle priced estimate. But they used top grade PPG materials (others did not) and they would remove and repaint the entire bumper assembly (others would spot paint and blend). They had vehicle back to me in two days and it looked great. Lifetime warranty.

The people were very professional, and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. My car was repaired in a timely manner and the technician/mechanic took the time to explain reach part of what was wrong and what they would do to repair my car.

They were thorough.  If it wasn't needed they suggested in a way that you can do it now if you like but you'll be fine for awhile if you don't want to.  But if it is something critical, he will tell you that you need to have it replaced now and he will show you what he is talking about.

This was a major job, since they had to take out the whole dashboard to replace the heater core. Danny was very patient in explaining the details and was able to get the part for my car, that is no longer manufactured. He took me thru their facilities, that are very clean, with everything in its place. It was an all day job. Since I didn't have a ride, Kelly was kind enough to take me home and pick me up the next morning. They also changed my oil a month before. I compared prices, and theirs was fair. I trust them and will always use them in the future.

They repaired my car very quickly and gave great communication on the phone many times. They also let me pick up my car after hours and pay over the phone. However, the radiator hose was not tightened, which led to a serious transmission oil leak. They did fix the problem and after talked to by Parra automotive where I had taken the car, not knowing the problem was related to the radiator work, they reimbursed that charge of about $67.

I have had good service with this company and in the past I have had some repair work done. They are very courteous and professional. They stand behind their work 100-percent. I have had no issues since my last service. I recommend them to anybody needing auto work. I have always been happy with their work. Their pricing is not cheap.

Slow at getting to my vehicle. Services performed were much more expensive than at other local service providers. Work is of good quality but I can get the same quality service for less money and with a quicker response time at other service providers in the immediate area. Also recommended other services which were priced well above what others charge (I checked). I declined many suggested items, some due to price, some because I did not need them. I am not unhappy with the services I have had performed there, just don't feel the need to pay excessive rates.

My husband went there thinking this was going to be extremely expensive because the compressor may have needed replacing. But they checked it out and determined it needed a couple of replacement switches, added freon, flushed the condensor and recharged the AC system. It's an old car and this was good news. We've used them before from time to time and they've always been fair with the price and are quick to find the problem and fix it.

I took my car in because my air had been blowing hot for the last year. The previous summer when it started blowing hot I had taken it somewhere that they looked for a leak and did not find it. That place recharged the freeon and it lasted me about 2-3 months before it was blowing hot air again. As summer was approaching again, I figured I would take it somewhere with a good reputation to see what they could find. The technician told me that I needed to replace the condenser coil in my compressor. This was expensive, but I knew I didn't want to go through another Texas summer without cool air.
At first I was very pleased with the service. When I first picked up my car the air was blowing nice and cold and continued to do so for a while. The people at Jeffery's even waited a few minutes after the official closing time for me to make it in and pay for my car when I got stuck in traffic. I thought I had found THE mechanic I had been looking for. Someone who would be honest and treat me right.
Then the problems started. I noticed that the hotter the summer became the longer it was taking for my car to cool down, and the less I was getting from the air conditioner. Finally, in the middle of a road trip to East Texas the darn thing stopped blowing cold at all.

I planned to take it back to Jeffery's to find out WHY after paying so much to get the air fixed was it doing the same exact thing it had done before. Staying cool for a few months and then only blowing hot. It was like the leak had never been fixed. Unfortunately I was going to have to wait until the weekend to take the car in to Jeffery's, and so I decided to take it somewhere closer to my house that was open after I got off work.
The technician at the new place told me the only problem with my air condition was that the seals needed to be replaced going into the compressor. He also suggested that if I were going to replace that seal, I might as well replace the out seal as well since it would just be a matter of time till that went out as well given the age of the car. He then proceeded to tell me that as far as he could see the compressor did not have a new condenser coil, nor was the compressor replaced. He told me that no mechanic would have a reason to replace just the coil, that if the coil needs to be replaced, you replace the whole compressor.
For a $100 service I got my air running just as well as it was after paying $1000 to Jeffery's. I will never go back there. The worst thing is a mechanic that will cheat you!!!!

We do show that we replaced an evaporator core and an AC discharge hose. These repairs have a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty that covers both parts and labor. We have attempted to contact you at the number we have listed for you and have been unable to reach you. We value what you have to say and hope to be your mechanic in the future."

I brought the car in Tuesday morning and requested the brakes be checked and particularly see if there are any brake system leaks; also let me know what else the car might need. Tuesday mid-afternoon I was contacted by phone (by Jerry I believe) and apprised of 3 recommended services: 1) Replace rear brake cylinders which were leaking - $89. 2) Flush power steering system which had dirty steering fluid - $66. 3) Decarbonize fuel injection and combustion chambers - $165. I declined #3 and told him to go ahead with #1 and #2. The car was promised for mid-morning the next day. A few minutes after 10am the next morning I called and was told the car was ready. When I went to pay the bill I was told the amount due was $366. Since I had been quoted $89 for the break repair and $66 for the power system flush I was expecting the total to be under $200. I was shown a printout that was itemized with an array of labor charges not indicated in the verbal estimate I received on the phone. My mistake was to not have Jerry send me the estimate to my email which would have highlighted the communication differences immediately. However, I was misled since only two items of an array of charges were indicated in the verbal estimate. Andy, the owner, contacted me right away and we discussed the above situation. He stressed that he wanted to make things right and the company was interested in having me as a customer. I am very impressed with his being on top of things and his make it right policy. A portion of the $366 is being refunded and I will try them again for my next auto repair.

I took thr car to their shop on Thur afternoon. They called Fri morning with report and estimate.. They said the leak was o rings on the transmission cooling hose at the cooler. The estimate included $186.00 to replace the transmission filter and fluid, which seems excessive to me but I don't know for sure. They said this replacement was needed because the leak had let the fluid level to get low. I suspected this might be an add on to run the bill up but not being an automotive expert and having read all good reviews I said go ahead. They said it would be ready about noon, it was actually about 4:00 PM.
Other than doubts about the necessity and cost of the fluid and filter change I was overall quite satisfied with the experience and will likely usem them again if the need arises.

I was also stunned to find out they are returning my payment in a sincere effort to say and quot;We'd like to have you return for more service, we'd like to make it up to youand quot;. Originally my overall ranking was 'B' and has been updated to 'A'. Professionalism was a 'C' and is now an 'A'.

The service has gone very well overall. Their customer service is exceptional; they don't try to do unnecessary repairs, get you in quickly as they can, and tell you what they think needs to be done. Their price is competitive and I'd highly recommend them!
