John is very personable and, when he initially started the work, was pretty productive. He talked with the spa company since the electrical installation configuration was unusual. Parts of his work were well done, particularly the spa wiring. However, he disappeared for days and weeks and didn't finish the work. After repeated phone calls, he returned twice more but still did not complete the work. Additionally, he removed a light fixture that was not supposed to be removed, installed in a shoddy fashion the fixture for the shed and would not return calls when the error was pointed out to him. I requested he correct the error by re-installing the original light fixture and then installing the fan in another part of the room, which is what he agreed to do. He was performed the remaining work in an unsatisfactory manner and would not return to make it right. I finally had to call another electrician to come in and correct/finish John's work.
