I had a great experience! He helped me haul away a bunch of junk from my house?including a stove top, a really heavy pipe, and a load of scrap wood flooring and debris. He showed up on time, worked hard without any complaints, and handled everything professionally. Jaylyn came today to take care of a bunch of tree and fence debris I had as well as removing some bushes. He replied to me very quickly after I send my requests out and gave me a very fair quote based on my pictures. The morning of our appointment he called me about 15 min prior to the earliest start time to confirm his arrival. Which I appreciated a lot! When he arrived and took a look at the bushes I wanted he was very upfront about how one of my bushes was going to take a lot more effort and time and requoted me before he started work. I VERY much appreciate no hidden charges after the fact. Cost was a big factor for me right now since we're new homeowners and Jaylyn was really willing to advise me on what he felt I could do on my own to keep the costs down. As a female, I can't say how much I appreciate not trying to be swindled. Jaylyn was extremely professional and friendly. I learned he just came back to DFW and is starting up his business again.
