Consultation and design went well and Lindsey was very helpful. Construction was like any construction job you as the owner need to pay attention what is going on. A few mistakes were made here and there but John went out of his way to make them right as quick as possible. Would use them again for another pool.

The job took 2 1/2 months. It was a big job. We had issues, but they fixed any problems. They wanted to please us. We like the results now!

From start to finish it was an absolute perfect experience. Taylor was the best designer we met with. She was professional, prompt, honest and so awesome at communication. The entire team was professional at all times. They kept us informed and updated every step of the way. Putting in a pool can be such a terrible experience...I had heard all of the nightmare stories. With J Caldwell it was a breeze. And the finished product was unbelievable!! All of our friends were blown away by how beautiful it was!!

The technicians were very meticulous and cautious, making sure that they didn't crack any concrete while getting the job done. Between john and Lindsey, they provided superb customer services. It was an incredibly positive, flawless experience. Even still after the work is done, anytime there's an issue, they are very responsive. I couldn't have asked for anything to be easier with this experience!
