Went great, Ryan is a very likeable dude. He was on time and ready to go when he said he would. But most importantly, Ryan is thorough and communicative. He went through every last inch of the house I am buying, and he can articulate down to the finest details. He provided verbal analysis throughout the inspection, a verbal recap at the end, and closed with a detailed report. I appreciate his work, and genuinely liked him as a person. ? Ryan did an excellent job with the inspection and backed everything up with a paragraph and pictures that very obviously showed the problems. Some may call it nit-picking, but I call it a very thorough job. I forwarded the report to the seller and asked for repairs, crossing my fingers. I was totally blown away when I got an email back this morning that had all the repairs highlighted the seller was going to do, which was pretty much everything! If it had not been for Ryan's inspection and his documentation I would have bought a lot of problems. Totally worth it and highly recommended.
