She finally called me back around 6 pm one evening after I left the second message. She was ready to discuss the proposal but as I was driving I asked her to email it. She didn't have the ability to email the bid so she said she would call me back in the morning between 9-11 am. The call never came so I have been calling and leaving messages here and there with the last one being today.

We recently had Interior Fabrics custom make draperies for two rooms. They were helpful with suggestions, and were easy to work with. We are very happy with their professionalism and the draperies are beautiful. We would definitely call on them again.

It was a great experience buying the blinds from Interior Fabrics and if I need any more, this will be the first place I go. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful on the products and even showed me a type of lift mechanism I was not aware of, which I ended up purchasing. The after sales support is among the best I've seen with the staff finding additional hardware I needed for the installation.

They were very courteous in the showroom, helping me find the fabric and color I wanted as well as discussing the different types of lift systems. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks to have the shades made and returned from the factory. They called me in that time-frame to tell me the shades had arrived. When I installed the shades and had to call for help, they were very helpful and said I could have them come out at any time to install if I found I could not do it.
