Started out great and ended up the same way

I found Inspired Elec. on Angie's list last spring. I first had Ronnie come out and give an estimate on changing existing service to the garage fom overhead to ug. Ronnie responded to my requst right away and came by in a couple of days. I decided not to do that job. I was satisfied with the response and with what I found out after meeting him. I had him come back for an estimate on the work described above. Because of his vacation and mine this played out over a couple of months but was not a problem for me. He scheduled the work but had to delay it because he had a time sensitive commercial job for one of his regular customers. He ended up coming sooner than the delayed date because of a break in the commercial work. I really appreciated him working me in during the commercial job. Ronnie is a great electrician. Very knowledgable and competent. He is also a very nice guy and easy to get along with. His work is excellent. He did metal conduit on the shop walls and it is all very neat and efficiently run in a room that was not just 4 flat walls. His wiring in the panel is all neat and clean. These are qualities I have always looked for in an electrician. He is a one man business but had a helper, Ed with him. Ed was also a very good worker and competent in the things he did for Ronnie. I was pleased with the work and I thought the price was very fair. I was glad I could do business with a small businessman. You may have to be more flexible on scheduling because he does all his own work. However, the way he worked in three days for me while waiting for the commercial job to get some non-electrical things done shows he cares about his customers. I would recommend Ronnie to anyone.

Ronnie is a very hard and efficient worker. He does quality work. We did run into a problem with TXU Electric Company when the proper permits were not pulled and our power was subsequently cut off when the error was discovered. Ronnie's response was very positive however and the matter was fixed as soon as possible.

Ronnie Brown is such an honest, fair, and professional electrician. I would use him again and wouldn't hesitate referring him to anyone. He ran into a couple of problems he hadn't anticipated in his bid and never charged me in the final bill. The work was inspected and passed by the city.

Arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment. Took about three hours to complete. Very friendly and honest man.
