Robert (the owner) answered my call himself and was out there promptly. He worked with me to understand my situation and what was needed and walked me through the whole process with insurance. He came out to meet with the claims adjuster and made sure we got everything we needed. His guys came and did the job in 3 days (one to remove the gutters and repair fascia, one to redo the roof, and one to put the new gutters on). The whole time he personally was in communication with me. I felt like he advised me and was looking out for my concerns, recommending certain items but never up charging. He continued to work with insurance to make sure we got our reimbursement check and only took payment once everything was sorted out. The work was professional and well done and the workers were polite and respectful. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend him.

Robert was my main contact and was a great help with dealing with our insurance company. Our insurance company sent someone to do an appraisal that ended up not including some of the damage that needed to be fixed. Robert wrote up another proposal and helped in getting our insurance company to update the previous appraisal and pay more for the water damage. Once they got started they were super efficient. I was thinking it was going to be a long process but it ended up only taking 3 days to do the whole laundry room.

His crew showed up and started work immediately. They kept everything organized in every way, each crew member was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. I've dealt with a lot of different service providers, and I'm so pleased that we chose In-Line Roofing for the job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing! Glenn and his team took care of everything! Totally worry-free. I contacted 4 roofing companies (that includes In-Line), from the beginning Glen was very forth-coming, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, eye for detail and punctual. Answered all of my questions (believe me I had a lot during our free estimate consultation) with knowledgeable, direct answers. I am not a roofing specialist but I know when someone is avoiding a question, going around it or feeding my me a lot of bs. I provided (3) dates of availability because Texas weather is unpredictable and to see if he was going to put his words into action. To my wonderful surprise, I walk outside to take my dogs out to go potty and there was Glen waiting for his crew ON THE 1ST DATE I PROVIDED. My husband was there from start to finish. He was astonished how hard the team work. Each had a job and with their own rhythm. When repairs were needed (once the shingles and cloth was removed to expose boards, there was (2) holes in the roof we did not know about), they repaired with top notch materials. Glen and his team took care of everything: city permit, insurance company, materials, set up, clean-up, etc... The roof edges and shingles on the roof were perfectly cut and align and provided the water and ice barrier for extra protection. As a female who can't even hit a nail with a hammer without assistance, In-Line Roofing (Glen) took the time to make sure I understood everything and was happy at all times.

It was beyond my standards. It was more than excellent, it was perfect. It looks awesome. They did it in a short amount of time, it was unbelievable. Had a great number of people working on the project. They also picked every single bit of trash. I couldn't find anything that I would have to pick up. They person that set it up, Robert Sterling, he was so nice and courteous to me. He kept coming by to check on the job. Great customer service.

I'm really satisfied with the work that was done. They bent over backwards to help us out. Robert's crew removed the old roof and the clean up was spotless. They did everything I asked the way I asked that they do it and on my timeline.

We couldn't ask for better. They had a supervisor on site all the time. There was no trash left. They cleaned up as they went. They were respectful of landscaping. In general, very easy to work with.

It went wonderful. The foreman, Robert Sterling, is easy to work with and will let me know if there are any changes. I appreciate how he keeps me informed.

It was excellent. They answered all my questions and regardless to if I called or text he responded quickly. His crew did an awesome job with the workmanship and the cleaning. They made sure no nails were left and cleaned up everything that they brought.
