I Wrestled A Roof Once

Description of Work: I have rental property that had had a terrible roofing job done in 2009 when I was out of town for a couple of years. Recently, I have been calling other roofing companies to get an estimate for my home I currently live in with the plans to get solar panels installed... I didn't want to install new panels over an old roof. So I asked this company to give me an estimate for the southern exposure of my current home along with any other additional repairs they may discover AND and estimate for my rental property. Both were going to be an out of pocket expense for me. They quickly came out looked at both properties and emailed me the estimates. I had other companies do the same to get a good comparison cost. I went with I Wrestled A Rood Once because the price was right for my pocket. This cost was for one half of a 1100 sq ft duplex. I decided to upgrade to a 30 year shingle for an additional $600 due to the fact the price was so reasonable. Within the week they had the work completed; a very good job done and clean up by the crew they chose. This roof has made this duplex stand out from the others. When I receive notice of the rebates for the solar panels for 2013, I will have them come out and do the roofing on my personal home without question.
