I hired Concrete Masters to do a small job. The concrete work was done, is exactly what was requested and expected. However, my rating is based on the fact that when the workers were jackhammering, they broke an irrigation line. They didn't have a sprinkler person readily available to repair, so the pipe repair took a few days to accomplish - understandable. But when the final bill arrived, they tried to charge me a large amount for the repair. When I discussed the additional charge with the company, they did eventually reverse that charge. So overall, the project was completed as requested, just with a bit more headache than expected.

Concrete Masters did a great job installing a driveway extension as well as a ramp for backyard to "back 40". Very reasonable price and completed when promised. I will use them again if needed.

Avoid this business like the plague. I hired them because they were the most cost effective. But like I have heard all my life, you get what you pay for and pay for what you get. I have been paying for what I got every time I look at it and get sick which is every day. Not to mention zero, zip, zilch, no customer service with regard to correcting their shoddy work.

Got is done when promised.
