It started out great and went downhill from there

"[member name removed] as the contract stated we went two weeks no further damage. You are to call us as soon as you notice new activity. We've not received a single call requesting service from any of your neighbors or you this year. Its up to you to let us know when new damage occurs so that we can eliminate the new migrating mole. Sorry you are disappointed with the service but we've not neglected any of you."
