HOMEPRO INC

On Friday May 3rd my alarm went off after I had gone to work.  My neighbor called me to inform me and she said it had been going off for a long time.  It finally stopped on its own.  I went home to see what was wrong and when I got here the back door was wide open.  So the alarm sounded for a long time, my neighbor called me, homepro did not.  No police came by.  So I called homepro and they said they could tell I had activated it and deactivated it but they couldn't see where it had gone off.  I had, 2 neighbors call and the others were all outside trying to see what was wrong when it was sounding.  They transferred me to a manager named Kelly, as you might expect he wasn't around and it went to his voice mail.  I left a message and he did return my call but I couldn't answer at that moment.  I called him back around noon on Friday, no answer, left him another voice mail and waited to hear back.  Tuesday I quit waiting and called them again.  Today is Thursday, May, 9 and its 845 pm and I haven't heard a word from them.   I doubt the alarm ever worked right.  For the last year I thought my wife was safe when I was gone, I thought if we needed help we could push the button and get help.  Turns out I was wrong.
