George told it like it was. He gave me a good estimate with appropriate detail and in doing the work, stayed within the parameters of price and timeline that he and I had agreed upon. He also stayed very much in touch with me throughout the job (I was out of town) to let me know how things were going, any issues that needed to be addressed, as well as just keeping me informed. This was the most important to me, since, as a property manager and owner, I am only as good as those people I contract with. And being out of town with pending work that is being done on the properties, is always unnerving. I had absolutely no complaints from my tenants during his time there doing the work. I had code enforcement come out after the work was completed and they gave my properties a clean bill of health. Overall, George was courteous, timely, fair, professional and responsive. I would absolutely use him again.

It went as expected. I hired him for the job and he did it. Only time will tell whether or not the roof repair fixed the problem, but he said that if it didn't, he'll come back out.
