Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

He was able to come out the next day after I called. My carpet was severely damaged by my pets (urine stains), but he was able to get a lot of the stains up. He explained the carpet cleaning process to me and advised me that pet stains do not always come up (especially if they had been there a while) before i even hired him. I appreciated his honesty and felt he was extremely courteous. After he finished the job, he even offered to come back with another round of deodorizer if I needed it.

The technician was nice and appeared to know what he was doing, but he was overmatched against the stains I needed cleaned.  The company uses foam pads to clean carpets rather than a truck-mounted water or steam system.  The results were acceptable in the areas of the carpet that were routinely dirty, but not at all acceptable in several stained areas that needed treatment.  In fact, at least two of the stains were worse after cleaning than before, as the treatment spread the stain over a wider area.  The technician did give me a break on the price when he saw that the stains weren't coming out.

The service was very good overall. The technician showed up on time and was very professional.

Went great overall. Came in and started with the downstairs. Kyle is a one man show so it is a little tough for him to get under large pieces of furniture. This could be a problem if you have big pieces. I could help him with ours. He did a great job overall. My son is a slob so he had a rough time in his room. He might have been able to do a little better in his room I still give that job an A considering what a hurricane he walked into. Do hire Kyle for your work.

He was prompt and on time. He did a good job. He got a lot of stains out of the carpet. I would probably not use them again. I would probably use someone that doesn't use water or heat. I'm going to try a different kind of carpet cleaning.

They are individual contractors. They and explained things. Some people just and don?t even talk to you. They were very personal. They did the work well. I would use them again in the future.
