$176 to reset the disposal? Highway robbery. I like to support independent businesses but I can't justify this expense. Should have been charged for a service call only.

Just wanted to thank Hawk Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning here in Fort Worth. We found a broken pipe in a wall during the freeze and couldn’t get to it to do the repair. Holidays, post-freeze emergencies and all, Hawk was able to get a crew out to stabilize the pipe the same day so we could have water in our home until repairs could be made. From the office staff to the crew that came out, everyone was pleasant, helpful and kind. Awesome rates from a customer oriented company. We found their employees skilled taking pride in their workmanship and relationships with their customers. We will definately use Hawk again for plumbing or HVAC needs.

We have been using Hawk for the past 5 years and will continue to do so.  The service our plumbing, electrical and Heating Air systems in our home.
I had them replace one of the air systems last year and the price was right and service was great.

Great communications in setting up the appointment and arranging to meet with me.  The repairman, Zack, was friendly, and I had a lot of confidence in his advice and his work.  Zack arrived on time on the day the work would be done and took even less time than he had estimated.  He made sure I understood all the work and confirmed eveything was working properly before he left.  I could not be more pleased with the great attitude and the capable service of this company.

They came right away when we had the leak, they were here within a half an hour. This was in March. They come when you ask them. They do a good job. When they came in they did not take the whole vanity out, the vanity wasn't working right and there was a strip of the back splash that did not fit. I called Mike and he came over and put the strip in right. I give them all 'A's. They put in two new air conditioning units and the new water heaters.

We have used Hawk's services for plumbing and A/C repairs several times. Their people are always professional, and they will work until a job is finished and done RIGHT. They make sure the area is clean and neat while they are working and left as good as it was before they started. If something is out of their area of expertise, they have recommended other contractors who specialize in that type of work. And they will not recommend someone they would not use themselves.

When he came in there was nothing much he could do as it was running and working fine. They didn't make it break or do anything to complicate it. They were good. He was running a little late because the guy who was supposed to come got into a car accident. They were later than what I had anticipated but then I don't blame them. I am not sure about their price because I didn't compare their price with anybody.
