I hired Hardwood Floors Fort Worth to replace a damaged section of my hardwood floors. They had to sand, stain and reseal my floors twice since they did not do it correctly the first time. Within 1 week of them completing the repair the damage re-appeared. I tried to work with Bobby on having them come back out to resolve the issue, but after 3 weeks of waiting - no resolution provided. I had other companies come out for bids. I was informed by these companies that Hardwood Floors Fort Worth did not replace enough of the damaged section and just tried to sand the majority of the damaged surface. They also identified additional damage to my floors due to a poor sanding job. I would recommend going with a more professional service to save you a headache and thousands of dollars.
