Bobby took our money and left the job without finishing it. He was supposed to finish remodeling of our rental 10 days ago which he didn’t do it and today he left the job and said won’t finish the job and won’t give our money back and told me if I want to contact my lawyer I can and see us at court. That was his response to us asking to at least give our money back since he is walking away from the work.

Bob responded right away and provided a realistic quote for my installation. His communication throughout was outstanding. Tony, the installer, did an excellent job and I am particular about quality. I would definitely use again.

Service was fast and punctual. Quality of work I would rate at 70%. There was an outlet in the original vanity that was to be brought out into the wall. Instead, it was covered and left “hot” so my house can literally catch on fire at any moment. The hot and cold water levers are transposed as well. The finale was Bob Gory refused to come back and haul away the trash. After 4 attempts and a letter from the city , I said “mannnn, if you don’t come get this sh&t out of my yard today I’m going off”. He told me I could not speak to him that way, he did work for me for free (which was not true, I paid him for everything done), and I had him majorly F’d up. He flirted with me the entire job, but then when I became stern he refused to finish what I paid him for. As a result, I’ve had to pay $100 to a trash removal service, but the broken glass left behind could not be picked up. Additionally, I had an electrician come to fix some outlets that were not working, and that’s how he found that there was a live wire hidden somewhere that is preventing power from going to another spot in the house. Finally, I’ve tried calling Bob Gory to rectify this situation, but he has blocked me. Do NOT use this guy if you’re single, attractive, and have a semi- complicated job. He is not a man of his word, and spoke to me unprofessionally the entire job.

I'll give him everything on F.  It was just a mess.  He seemed to be nice. 

The work was great and Bobby verified his work before he left. I will certainly use him again and recommend him to everyone.

He said he would come early on Saturday the 15th of June and he was right on the dot.  The installation was fantastic, took almost 6 hours.  Bobby Gory was on time and the work was done the man is a perfectionist,  Had a master electrician run wires to new hood he was great also, Michael Anderson..  I will definitely use both of them again in the near future, can't say enough good things about both of them.

I do a little bit of handyman work myself but this was something a little bit beyond what I wanted to tackle. He did a great job. We had a foundation shifting so we had a lot of cracks in the corners and above doorways and things like that. I was extremely pleased with the work, he did a good job, and it was reasonable. I think he was running a special, maybe, that he said I'll do so many hours for this much. I'll do as much as I can do. I just remember I was happy and we were nothing but happy. It's held up great, it's been in there 6 months. It didn't shrink, it was easy to finish out and paint.

He was great! He is knowledgable and very polite. He asked very good questions so that the job was done exactly the way I wanted everything. He had very good communication. We will hire him again in the future if we additional needs.

Bobby came out on time. He was very pleasant and professional. He came and replaced my kitchen and bathroom faucet. He was very clean & detailed with his work and didn't take all day to get the job done. I definitely would use him again when I need more work done on my house.

The service was good. They were very nice and helpful. They gave us good tips of how to do the work ourselves.
