H2grO Landscape and Irrigation

I have had a marshy backyard for over a year and a half.  It got to the point where I couldn't take it anymore.  Many of my neighbors have had issues with an underground spring that apparently runs through our subdivision.  So, naturally, I thought that was the problem.  I had several companies come out and give me estimates for what I thought I needed, french drains.  H2grO Landscape and Irrigation was the last company I called.  David was out within 24 hours, he listened to me on what I thought the problem was, and he did a thorough inspection of the problem.  Within 30 minutes he found that it wasn't a spring or anything natural.  I had a sprinkler valve that was in need of repair.  The sprinkler system was leaking and it had created a marsh in my yard.  Rather than install french drains that were estimated at $1,400 (he was the cheapest), he said he thought it could be fixed with the valve replacement at $295.  Not only did he save me $1,100 for the work, he stopped the water leak which I have been paying for in my water bill the last year and a half.  This repair will pay for itself in six months.  None of the other companies I received estimates from did the due diligence that David did.  He has earned my trust and my future business.  As you can tell, I highly recommend H2grO Landscape and Irrigation.  

Install sprinkler system, it went real well.

I called on Thursday and David came to do the work the next day. My problem was relatively small but fixing it required moving a very heavy and somewhat unstable fountain. David came by in the later afternoon to evaluate the work and said he would be back later. He came back about 2 hours later with one other person and between the 2 of them, with just a little help from me, they moved the fountain, made the repair and returned the fountain to it's location. The particular repair I needed, while not a big job, was difficult and not something anyone would really want to do but David found a solution. I also appreciated that he was willing to get the job done that day and didn't tell me he would have to come back tomorrow or another day to finish.

We had a water sprinkler in the back yard that had stopped working. The guy from the company dug out the spot to see where the problem was. He had to run another line and tapped it to an existing one. The only thing that we disapproved of the work was that they left alot of holes on the ground where the sprinklers were readjusted. We had to go over it and fill them up.

Called on saturday september 10th 2011 come come fix our sprinklers since they would not shut off. Had them out within 2 hours and they found the sprinkler system shorted out on the and quot;onand quot; position. They turned of the water and went to work on turning of the water, after 2 hours he told me that we need new valves and a few heads replaced and it would cost around $950.00. He charged me for the days work of $240.00 and told me the money would be placed to any future services. He took the cash and failed to inform his boss Mike who later fired him.

Monday the 12th 2 men came out for 4 hours, and told me they would be back tomorrow, Tuesday the 13th! Mike called me that night and told me i owed $925.00 for the first day and it would be another $925.00 to finish. I gave him my CC which he charged within 2 minutes.

Tuesday the 13th 2 mens they came out for 4 hours and told me they would have to come back wednesday the 14th.

Wednesday the 2 men return for another 4 hours and finished the job.The total project was quoted at $1800.00, i already paid $925.00 so was going to pay the balance. Mike showed up at our home 3 hours late with a bill for $1800.00. I reviewed the bill only to find his employees charged for 5 hours each day, and $1000.00 in parts. Way above what we agreed and there is no way they could have used $1000.00 in parts, i spoke with the sprinkler company.

So Mike agreed on $1000.00. But Be forewarned, Mike staff is not up to par! They smoke and leave all the debri in the lawn, and barry all the garbage. Mike will call and show up only when he is there to collect the money, you will never see him otherwise.

He has yet to provide us with a itemized bill, nor has be provided us with his 3 year warrant. But he will show up without all this and expect a check. Avoid these guys at all cost

The crew was professional, courteous, punctual, and thorough. They arrived to more work than they expected, as we lost a rather large limb last night. They took down the dead and fallen branches and cleaned up the yard. There is not so much as a stray leaf in the yard. Have already set an appointment to give an estimate for a sprinkler system.
