Grissom's Irrigation Service

Job was accomplished efficiently and professionally.

The company the services our trees and shrubs reported that it did not look like our one area of landscaping was getting any irrigation. Upon investigation I found what looked to be a broken pipe. When one of our irrigation stations was on, water was gushing out of the ground along side the house. This was a Friday afternoon. I quickly used yp.com to search for someone who could repair our system. I called Grissom's Lawn and Sprinkler simply because they were close by. They were able to schedule a service call on Monday morning. The crew of two arrived sometime between 8 and 9 AM. I showed them the leak and also mentioned that some of our rotary sprinklers didn't seem to do a good job of covering certain areas in the front yard. They indicated they would check out the entire system. They found the "break" was not actually a broken pipe but a connection that had failed. They also found a second minor leak which I had not been aware of. Since I was working from home, I not really sure how long they took, but they were finished well before lunch. They ended up replacing two rotors and ten extensions. They also replace 5 nozzles. Besides the parts, they charged be two hours of labor. I was very happy with their work and the price they charged.
