GREENTREE IRRIGATION

My sprinkler system had not been serviced for five years and Greentree Irrigation turned a mess into a fully functional system in a few hours. The leaks he fixed will save me money immediately. Roland works very quickly but extremely thoroughly and he is courteous with it. He is obviously a sprinkler system expert and was very forthcoming with tips about how to maintain and operate my system. I am very pleased to have found my new regular sprinkler maintenance person.

Most recently, Roland came out for our annual check. He goes through every station, checks each head, etc. Getting this done has saved us a bundle by identifying broken pipes or heads before lots of water leaked or grass died out. We have used Roland since I moved into this house in 2006. My parents also use Greentree, as do several friends. He is always reachable unless with a client; if he misses your call, he always calls back almost immediately. He is very responsive, always getting out to you in a timely fashion. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he is great to work with. I always feel like I am standing around talking to a trusted friend when he is working on my system. I have recommended Roland at Greentree to many friends and will continue to recommend him. I cannot say enough great things about his quality of work, work ethic, and customer service.

We experienced water pooling at the meter. Thought it might be the sprinkler. It was not the sprinkler, so the city had to make the repairs. Mr Schultz was paid what he rightfully earned, and told us we could make application to the city for reimbursement of his charge. The invoice he provided for the service he performed was very detailed and we are sure it was key in our successful reimbursement of his charges.

The first time they came out they put in a new box because mine had completely gone out and they changed the box and then they changed the main valve. Then they had to come out again to change 2 more valves. He does a good job. He found out what the problem was. I'm going to use him again. I have 9 stations so they're all going to go out eventually. I was very pleased with him.

Work performed in a timely manner. Work begun on schedule. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Yard when finished was a little messy, but that was expected since piping had to be routed everywhere. The number and kind of sprinkler heads was impressive, and it was amazing how the yard got completely covered by water.

They were excellent. The workers arrived on time and told me the procedure they were going do and at that point, I trusted them with the job they came to do. I can say that they are very reliable and they are there for their customers.
