Grand Home Designs

We worked with Dale and Christian at Grand Home Designs for designing, drawing, and verifying our custom home plans and blueprints. From the very start, Dale is very attentive, creative, and engaging. He helped us get the basic layout and style together, then Christian worked through all the fine details in the electrical, elevation, and CAD drawings. They were great with offering suggestions and coming up with great solutions to tough problems. They worked every detail within our guidelines and budget.
From the first meeting to the last, we consulted, discussed, progressed until we were totally satisfied. No detail was too small, and they were very patient with us (and our toddler). At the end of every meeting, they gave us the latest drafts to review at our leisure. They were always quick to respond by phone and email, and both very pleasant and professional in every conversation.
They were slightly more expensive than other Architects we researched (price is based on square footage of the final design), but after working with them, it was worth the extra cost. Their plans and blueprints are certified by a PE. I highly recommend them for anyone that wants to build their own custom home.
