Gary West recently inspected my home in Fort Worth. The overall experience was outstanding. Gary was relatively easy to contact and arrange an appointment. He is a certified home inspector. Excellent communication skills both verbally and via email/website/text messages. Checked everything in my home. He examined my home for over two hours. After the inspection, he showed me personally everything that needs work around my home. He collected very detailed photos (Natural Color and Thermal) of all issues including using a UAS/Drone pics from various angles around the exterior of my home. He provided a very detailed report within two days of the inspection. The report is easy to read and makes specific recommendations. I highly recommend using Gary West for home inspections.

This is the second time I had Gary inspect my home. The first time was when I initially purchased the home in 2019 and this time was a follow-up inspection after the unexpected Winter freeze of 2021. Gary's reports are very detailed oriented. His notes and pictures tell the story of the home. I highly recommend Go West Home Inspection for all of your inspection needs.

Gary was incredible. This is our first home we are buying and he did an exceptional job explaining things to us. Everything went as planned but better. Everything worked out great and even gave tips and showed us things to assist in minor areas to make sure we got a 100% healthy, working, blemish free household. Really great and friendly service at a cost that isn't expensive. Even helped us plan for the initial warranty phase if anything were to start having problems.

I had Gary inspect two different homes for me. I was truly impressed with his work both times. He leaves no stone unturned; his work is extremely thorough. Inspection report was WONDERFUL; impressed with Gary's detailed explanations & pictures, plus suggested remedies! Very easy to understand. Gary spent about 4 hours inspecting a house that's approximately 1900 sq ft. His report & the time spent inspecting were VERY thorough. Plus he was responsive to my emails/concerns. Would definitely recommend him & use him again!

I was referred to Gary by my real estate agent and I couldn't be happier with the referral. As a first time home buyer, the process can be pretty complicated and Gary made the inspection portion incredibly simple. All I had to do was provide the address and he did the rest. The report the Gary produced was not only detailed and professional, but also delivered promptly. His website provides a PDF and web version of the report for easy viewing, and being able to see the report the same day of the inspection laid to rest some fears about the property under contract. Also, his rate is actually lower than the average price according to a quick google search. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the inspection provided by Gary. If for whatever reason the house that I'm currently looking at doesn't go through, I know I'll be giving him a call to inspect the next house.

Gary was so nice and quick to get our inspection on his schedule! He was very thorough and you could tell his knowledge was extensive! At the end of our inspection we met for questions and he told us the areas that needed some TLC. He even gave us some quick but efficient ideas of fixes for the minor things which we really appreciated. We highly recommend his services!

Our option on buying our first house came with a very short turnaround, so I found Go West on Google as I was calling to see who could come for an inspection with extremely short notice. My wife and I were driving in from a few hours away and we were able to meet Gary at the property, already at work taking pictures and making notes. He showed us things that were very cool and things that needed work and the more pressing concerns, he was impartial and incredibly thorough. Our realtor was texting us asking for the report as soon as possible, and Gary sent us a 31-page detailed breakdown with pictures, in less than 48 hours from when I FIRST CALLED TO SCHEDULE. Incredible service! Our realtor said she loves him too! Might have turned into the best investment out of buying the whole house, and that's no exaggeration. Hopefully this particular house works out, but if not, I know Go West will be looking at our next potential home!
