 + -1 moreWe sent in the same information three times to three different people, then when it went to the underwriters, we spent 6 weeks answering questions, providing duplicate information and they came back with the fact that we had paid off credit cards with retirement funds we had withdrawn upon retirement.
Description of Work: We were attempting to refinance our home at a lower interest rate with the same mortgage currently holding our note.

I got the policy online and have used them for about 2 years. I have not had any problems with them and have no complaints. When I filed my claim they took care of it with no problems; I am pretty satisfied. I have my car, truck and RV covered with them and pay about $1,500 every 6 months. I found them when I was shopping around; they seemed to have the best price and best coverage.
Description of Work: I have my auto insurance with GMAC. I filed a claim 3 or 4 months ago.
