From estimate to completion of work john with Genesis said what he would do and did what he said.  He was on the job site most of the time and was very focused on customer satisfaction.  Job was well done. Would definately recommend to anyone needing a new gutter system.

It went very smooth. I was quoted  the price for gutters, leaf guards and installation. Arranged for an install date. The installer showed up in the morning on time. the whole thing was finished by noon. Inspected the job with the business owner, and it was very nicely done.

A gentleman named John from the company promptly responded to a request for a quote on the same day.  I did not have the work done immediately - but they honored the price initially quoted. I wanted gutters for the house because the water shed from the roof was washing away the soil from around my foundation.  Once I decided to have the gutters installed, I spoke with John about the design he had left with me as I had a concern that it would worsen the drainage issues that currently existed in my back yard.  He agreed, and suggested an alternate design which required an additional downspout.  Regardless of the changes, they honored their initial price.  We scheduled a date and time for the gutters to be installed and they promptly arrived and the job as was completed in approximately three hours.  John insisted on getting paid only after the system was installed and I was happy.  I couldn't be more pleased, the gutters match the house, are seamless, and have handled the recent rains with no problem.

John also referred me to another contractor to do all exterior painting and a few other projects.  Once the painting was complete the gutters were installed quickly and were the exact price of the quote given.  I thought they did an excellent job and the new gutters look fantastic.  They offer a good selection of gutter colors so I was able to have the new paint and gutters match exactly. The leaf guard wasn't much more so I added that on and highly recommend it!

We were quite pleased with them.

They arrived in a timely manner and the two man crew completed the job in approximately 5 hours. The colors matched well with the existing gutters. John had ideas on how to use what we had to save from replacing existing work, and how to rework the downspouts to resolove issues we had with gutters overflowing in heavy rains.

It has been 8 months since the gutters and French drain were installed and my flooding/swamp problems are no more. The work was done for 1/4 of what Gutter Helmet quoted me. I will be using them to install granite counters in the future. It matches the existing gutters so well, no one will know they were added.
