Generation Carpet Cleaning and Restoration SVC DFW

Went great. Mike called to arrange the appointment and showed up as promised. Took a look at our dryer vent and set about clearing the blockage with a very long hose. All in, took about 40 minutes. Now we can actually get our clothing dry after the first load.

VERY unhappy with job. Within 24 hours our carpet looked EXACTLY as it did before they came. Within a week, it looked WORSE! When Generation finished, the usual post-cleaning "fluff" immediately fell in every area they were supposed to have cleaned. All the spots and stains we'd hired them to clean (and which, upon initial walk through, they'd said they would have no problem cleaning), were still there and completely visible. As time went by and the higher traffic areas were used, MORE dirt accumulated and the carpet appeared worse and worse; as if whatever products they used were simply dirt magnets. It was actually amazing how bad it became even in non-traffoc areas. I'd had high hopes in hiring a "green" company, because of course nobody sane wants to contribute to pollution. However, nobody sane wants to be charged for absolutely nothing, either. I'm all for green cleaning methods and products, but if you cannot deliver on the promised results while using them, then you have no right representing yourself as able to do so. Voice mails left and contact form on website filled out all went unreturned. We have finally filed with the BBB to request a full refund - we will not make the mistake of waiting so long to do that in the future - and are also reluctantly leaving our negative reviews of our experience. We far prefer to leave good reviews and had HOPED these ultimately would be positive - that we could at least say that the company took responsibility for the problem and made it right. Unfortunately that hasn't been our experience.

This service was on time for all appointments, completed work on time, and gave tips for follow on care that I could do myself. The work looked good with the exception of some tough stains on a chair, but they came back out on a holiday to make it right at no additional charge.

Mike called ahead & arrived on time. Reviewed problem areas,quoted price & went to work. Completed job efficiently & thoroughly in one hour. Will continue to hire.

They got to the door and there are upcharges. It was one of those deals where they come in and do three rooms. They steam-clean the carpets if you spend another $100 with them for a grand total of $175 to clean the carpets. They would not just steam-clean the carpets without the upcharges so I told them to leave.

Been using Mike and his crew for years now, and will continue to do so in the future.  He does the best job of any I've tried, doesn't upcharge, and re-addresses problem spots.  His price is very fair as well.  And the carpets dry quickly after he's done.  Recommend without hesitation.

Mike and Dwight got the carpet clean including some ooopsie spots from snacks in front of the couch.  Professional and efficient.  I thought the price was fair for the work.

Mike takes the time needed and does a great job, re-addressing any problem spots.  My carpets look new and he leaves them in a condition where they finish drying quickly.  He will always get my business for carpet needs.

Always comes at the time he schedules. He does excellent work, for excellent price. I've used this service for years.

This is the second year we have used Generation and once again we are pleased.  The technician kept the appointment window and the service was fast but exceptionally done.  The technician was polite and professional as always and honored the price he quoted.  There is an additional cost for pre-treatments or other add-ons, but there is no pressure and the prices are fair and comparable to competitors. 
Our carpet looks great and we will continue to use them for our carpet cleaning needs.

It was okay I guess and the price was fair.

Their work is fantastic. They are very curteous and my carpet looks brand new. They don't use chemicals.
