Geer Cooling and Heating

I had an extended warranty. I don't know the going price at the time. They quality was good. It was very clean. I didn't have to do anything. At the beginning, I think there were 3 people. He did whatever he had to do and came back to install and it was 2 people. At the final finishing, he came by himself. I hired somebody else to do the duct work. He was going to do it but he got tied up so I hired someone else. He does help me keep up with the timing of the filter and he said that should be in good shape. I do them myself.

Was at my front door within an hour of me calling. Communicated with me as to what needed to be done, what he would do and what it would cost. Topped off freon, replaced burned wire to the capisitor and replaced it also.

Could not be more pleased to have found Mr. Geer.  Returned my phone call within minutes of leaving a message.  Made appointment and was in my home within 2 hours of MY FIRST CONTACT.  Identified cooling problem and added coolant and made other adjustments.  His follow up and professionalism are top notch.  Strongly recommend Louis for any heating/cooling issue that you may have.

It went great. I would highly recommend him. He was very professional and courteous. He explains things thoroughly. He is trustworthy and he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. He actually makes sure you have the right equipment.

Very satisfied with the service and professionalism of Lewis.  I'm sure that this was not one of his easier jobs.  The outdoor unit was located on the roof of a three story town home that had to be hauled up three flights of stairs to the roof.  Indoor unit was located on the 3rd floor which also had to be carried up the stairs.  Also replaced the two thermostats with new Ecobee Smart Si models.  Very pleased with the ease of using this from my smart phone.  Can't mention enough how happy I was with the whole process.  I will definitely use his services for all of the maintenance upkeep and have recommended him to my neighbors.

I have used them 3 or 4 times before. It is a one man show. They are very good. I like that I only have to deal with one person. He does the work, buys the parts, ect. He is my go to heating and AC guy.

Mr. Geer returned my call in a timely manner and was very professional. He determined that the fan motor had seized up and got me a new motor, installed and checked the system out to make sure everything was working properly. I was very pleased with my experience and will contact Geer Cooling and Heating the next time I'm in need of HVAC service.

Lewis Geer is the type of serviceman that every homeowner hopes that will show up in answer to a service call.  He is a perfectionist and epitomizes quality workmanship.  Clearly he has confidence and pride in what he does.  His work is thorough and accurate, and he leaves no mess for others to clean up. He recently installed a complete new heating and air conditioning system and did extensive work on two other units.  He is extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions.  Lewis was meticulous in calculating the size needed, in following the manufacturer’s installing requirements, obtained the necessary city permits and worked judiciously in completing this job.  It was also necessary for him to correct a previous, sloppy serviceman’s carelessness or deliberate oversight.  When the city inspector came to review his installation, he was very complimentary of his work.  His entire crew emulated the same thoughtful, courteous and efficient execution of the work.  He is trustworthy and competent and any homeowner can relax knowing that Lewis is on the job and the work will be done correctly.  Lewis Geer is highly recommended for heating and air conditioning installation and service.  On a scale of 1 to 10 [10 being the best], Lewis is easily an 11 or 12.

My AC was out for 2 weeks before I called Geer Cooling and Heating.  The company I dealt with made appointments to "fix" the unit but twice did not show up to do the work.  One time a technician showed up, "fixed" the unit, it cooled the house for 2 days, then quit again.  That company gave an estimate for a new unit of an exorbitant amount of money.  I had heard good reports about Geer Cooling and Heating so I called them.  Geer gave excellent service, did exactly what he said he would do efficiently and excellent work.

Everything went very well. Called Lewis the day before he came out and scheduled for the following morning at 9am. He was there about an hour. He replaced one part that cost us $15 dollars that could have caused a lot of problems down the road. So that was good he caught that. Also checked efficiency and made sure unit was working correctly. We were very satisfied with the work when he left and would highly recommend.

Great experience with Lewis, prompt, professional and honest. Performed as promised and we will use him again. Hard to find people like him that you can trust.
