Contractor started initial job of opening hole for spiral staircase on 01/17/2011 and worked about 4 days off and on until 04/05, when he informed me that he was unable to complete job. He had been advanced funds well in excess of original estimate. On 4/5 he promised a reconcilation of expenses and a refund check in the mail. As of 4/13 no response from him
