+ -1 moreContractor started initial job of opening hole for spiral staircase on 01/17/2011 and worked about 4 days off and on until 04/05, when he informed me that he was unable to complete job. He had been advanced funds well in excess of original estimate. On 4/5 he promised a reconcilation of expenses and a refund check in the mail. As of 4/13 no response from him
Description of Work: Estimate (01/05/2011) for conversion of garage into den. Wall in a workshop area, sheetrock, tape and float,cut access hole in ceiling for installation of spiral staircase and wall in second story landing of spiral staircase, sheetrock, tape and float. Job scheduled to start on 01/17/2011.
