The service person made a special trip to perform the service, even though it was nighttime. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. The price was understandable, but was a bit more than I expected. But overall, the repair was a great success!

Trevor, the technician from Garage Door Medics arrived on time, was professional, efficient and repaired my garage door opener in a timely manner. He did not try to sell me a new garage door opener. Jeff, the office manager told me what to expect when the technician arrived. The entire process went just as I was told. I’m very happy with the outcome & it was a fair price for the service provided.

Caleb was fantastic to work with. He described the condition of the existing door components and explained what he recommended replacing in order to bring the door back to full performance. The work was done efficiently and professionally. He explained the warranty and left contact information in case there were any issues after he left. He hauled off the old parts and was even able to program an additional remote for our gate. I would have no reservations recommending Garage Door Medics to anyone in need of garage door service.

I had a Technician at my home within several hours of calling for an appointment. Trevor arrived and was very professional. He completed an inspection of then entire door and then explained everything in detail along quoting a price before starting any work. Jeff arrived on time and reattached the garage door opener to the wall and recalibrated it.. He also went above and beyond at my request to add some steel wool to the bottom of the garage door because I told him about a rat problem I was having, and they were getting in under my door. I had the wool, but I just didn't know what to do with it. He saved the day in several ways. Jeff was very personable, and the price was perfect. I will definitely use him when I am ready to replace my garage doors.

The service tech, Jeff, was a pro and completed the work very quickly, replacing the rollers and tuning up both garage doors. He wasn't even fazed by the additional work and told us it happens all the time. He also gave us a few reasonable recommendations to consider regarding future maintenance and replacement.

Territory Manager Jeff Merkel was the technician. He was prompt, highly professional, and quickly identified the problem. Identified a couple of other issues but was not pushy about trying to "upsell" me on them. Showed me how to lubricate the door and explained other features about the opener that I was unaware of. Good company and service experience.
