He came to our home twice to install landscape lighting and still did not finish

He always has an excuse for not finishing, to this day he has not installed the last sensor so we don't have to keep resetting the timer

He promised us a 10 year warranty but won't take our calls to replace a light that went out 18 months later,  and when I found him on FB he stopped responding as well

Looks like he may be out of business under FX Design Lighting but now works under LubbockDesignscapes

He over charges and doesn't finish

We have a hand writing receipt without his business name or contact info on it so we're having issues getting the unit replaced with Vista even though it's under warranty

From the free demo to the final install, Craig was prompt, courteous and professional. His pricing was in the middle of 3 bids that I received. About 3 months after the installation was complete, one light bulb burned out. He came out promptly and replaced it. My husband and I are very happy with the overall project.
