The granite was installed in late August...in January the joint epoxy failed. Marco Perez of Luckys Granite(the original installer for Froman) agreed on a date and time at their convenience to repair the issue. He never showed up and did NOT respond to messaging and phone call. Had to have others do the repair.

The guy that came out was incredible. Their professionalism, the way they approach it with no pressure and you pick what you want. These are the guys that came out and they were really fantastic. We have a really large kitchen with four sheets of granite and one day was measuring and cutting, the second day was installing and gluing and finishing all the details and the finally day was removing all the spots and buffing out anything that needed to be buffed and then sealed it off. They sealed it off as well. He was very quick. We were very flexible as well too. He had an opening that came up and he told us, so we ended up having him out in about a week and a half, which if I wouldn't have taken his time and done it on our calendar I'm sure it would have been much more difficult but he just had this opening so we took.
